Is THCA legal?

Yes. All Triple Zero products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
That law allows hemp-derived cannabinoids (including THCA) as long as total Delta-9 THC stays below the legal threshold.
Our products meet that standard through verified, third-party testing and fully documented Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

However, state laws vary — so we always recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing or traveling with any hemp or THCA product. Triple Zero only ships to states where hemp-derived THCA is currently allowed.

What is THCA?

THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is the raw, non-psychoactive form of THC found in freshly harvested cannabis.
